Why list your garden office or spare room

A garden office, a spare room or a converted barn earns something on the days you aren't in it.

Your address stays private

Guests see the area and the photos. They get the address and how to get in once they've booked and paid, and not before.

You can approve each booking

Turn instant booking off and you see who's asking before you say yes. Their card is held rather than charged until you do.

What a listing looks like. You open the days you want; guests book those and no others.

Put on only what you can spare

One day a week is a perfectly good listing. You keep the rest of it, and you can change the days whenever you like.

Nothing to pay up front

No subscription and no listing fee. We take 10% when a booking happens and nothing at all when one doesn't.

Paid into your bank

Guests pay when they book. The money comes to you 24 hours after you check them in, so there's time to flag a problem first.

People who want a quiet day

Guests are after somewhere calm to work for the day, not a year's lease. Pass members earn points for turning up, which is what brings them back.

It takes about 10 minutes to list a space.

Have a few photos ready. You can save as you go and finish later.
