For space owners

Why list your coworking space

The desks a monthly membership can't sell are still empty on a Wednesday.

Day guests without the admin

No tour to run, no contract, no invoice to chase. They book and pay up front, you check them in, and the money follows.

A day guest has already had the tour

Somebody who's worked here for a day knows where the kettle is and who's on the next desk. That's a cheaper way to find a member than showing strangers round.

What a listing looks like. You open the days you want; guests book those and no others.

Put on only what you can spare

Five day places on the days you're quiet is a perfectly good listing. Your members keep everything else, and you can change the days whenever you like.

Nothing to pay up front

No subscription and no listing fee. We take 10% when a booking happens and nothing at all when one doesn't.

Paid into your bank

Guests pay when they book. The money comes to you 24 hours after you check them in, so there's time to flag a problem first.

People who want a desk today

Guests are looking for somewhere to work for the day, not a year's lease. Pass members earn points for turning up, which is what brings them back.

It takes about 10 minutes to list a space.

Have a few photos ready. You can save as you go and finish later.
